  Glad I got away from this office. I had a claim that was not turned in for just over 2 weeks. I had to stop by the office because of no call backs at all, and when I did stop by I had to file my own claim. This being after I was told it had been filed, told again that there was some kind of hold up on wether it was totaled or not and that they had been discussing my claim to see what they could do.....hard to do when you dont file it!!!!! I will never in my life ever have anything to do with this office again!!!!!!

  I would not recommend this place to anyone! Got a letter stating they had terminated our insurance. After calling to ask why they had done this we were told we had not paid our September and August bill. We told them there was no way that was possible we had receipts showing we had paid. They told us they would look into it and call us back. They never did. Then later that night I get a email from State far telling me our bill had been paid. I have also been trying to get someone to call me back and explain what is going on for 3 weeks now. Today I finally get a hold of someone only for her to hang up on me. Very shaddy!
